Appliance Department Return Policy
**This Return Policy only applies to major appliances**
We are committed to your satisfaction. Before purchasing an appliance, we encourage you to take advantage of our sales teams’ expertise, to help you choose the right product for your project. This will eliminate situations where you purchase a product that does not meet your needs. We are happy to provide appliance specifications to your contractors and designers, or to arrange for a measurement, to ensure that the appliances you order will fit your space.
If you are not satisfied with your appliance purchase, please contact your salesperson or you can reach us here.
Defective and damaged appliances
Please inspect all deliveries promptly. All damages, including cosmetic damage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of any damage caused by our delivery team.
Defective and damaged appliances will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. NOTE: Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the problem. See your product guide or ask your salesperson for warranty details. Damage caused by customer use or mishandling by a customer’s contractor/installer may not be covered by warranty.
Damaged or defective air conditioners and dehumidifiers will only be exchanged for the same model.
Appliances that do not meet your needs or expectations
Appliance returns will only be considered for products in their original, sealed packaging. Appliances that have been used, installed or where installation was attempted are not returnable. A restocking fee of up to 40% will be charged for returns, at the discretion of management. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Labor charges, including delivery and installation, are non-refundable after the applicable delivery or installation. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.
Air conditioners and dehumidifiers are not returnable once their boxes are opened.
Special order and custom appliance pieces are non-refundable once the order is placed and finalized. Upfront payment in full is required to place a custom order.
Refunds for returned appliances will only be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds will only be made to the card used for the original purchase. Note that debit card refunds may require the card to be presented in person, to prevent fraud. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded in the form of a check. Refunds for check purchases are only available after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
By placing an order with Page Hardware & Appliance Co., you thereby agree to the above terms and conditions. In addition, you authorize your credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
